Day 1: Welcome to Khajuraho – Temples, Tales & Twilight Vibes

So you’ve landed – airport or railway station, doesn’t matter – we’ll be there grinning and ready to scoop you up!
• Smooth transfer to your hotel
• Quick rest (because adventure is coming!)
• Evening stroll at the local market near the temples – think handicrafts, trinkets, and the kind of things you tell yourself you’ll gift others (but totally keep).

Sound & Light Show at the Western Group of Temples
• Narrated by none other than Amitabh Bachchan (yes, THE Big B!)
• Temples shine like stars while history is presented dramatically! It’s like Netflix, but live!

Overnight Stay: Khajuraho
Go to bed dreaming of kings and queens! Stone carvings too.

Day 2: Temples in the Morning & Tigers on the Horizon

Start your day with a full stomach! You’ll need it to explore centuries of art in stone.

Morning – Explore Khajuraho Temple

Western Group of Temples
• Kandariya Mahadev Temple – The sanctuary of temples: big and beautifully carved
• Lakshman Temple – One of the oldest and most graceful
• Varaha & Devi Mandap – Smaller but packed with charm

Eastern Group of Temples
• Parsvanath Jain Temple – Biggest Jain shrine is here! Very peaceful
• Vamana, Brahma & Javari Temples – The lesser-known ones with a calm atmosphere

Afternoon – Fuel Up & Hit the Road
• Enjoy lunch (probably followed by that sleepy post-meal feeling)
• Then, road trip time! Drive to Panna National Park
• Lush views, winding roads, and probably your new phone wallpaper

Overnight Stay: Panna
You’ve swapped stone for safari. Rest up, jungle explorer.

Day 3: Into the Wild – Safaris & Waterfalls

Today’s agenda: Spot wildlife, climb steps, take photos, repeat.

Morning Safari at Panna National Park
Hop in your open jeep – your safari dreams are about to come true.

Wildlife You Might See:
• Tigers (if you’re lucky, they’ll walk the runway for your camera)
• Leopards (shy but stunning)
• Sloth Bears (cuter than they sound)
• Chital, Nilgai and other majestic antelopes
• Gharials (those super rare, long-snouted crocodiles chilling by the river)

Later – Pandava Falls Adventure
• 100-foot waterfall surrounded by legend & lush greenery
• According to local stories, the Pandava brothers from the Mahabharata hung out here
• Warning: 280 steps down – but you’ll be too busy saying “WOW” to care

Overnight Stay: Panna
Jungle vibes, nature highs, and maybe a tiger tale to tell.

Day 4: So Long, Safari – Back to Reality

One last breakfast surrounded by trees and birdsong. Then, it’s time to pack those bags (and memories).
• Check out of your jungle resort
• Drive back to Khajuraho
• Head to the airport/train station for your onward journey

You came for the temples. You stayed for the tigers. You’re going home with stories for a lifetime.
