Day 1: Arrival in Rishikesh – A Peaceful Beginning

You have arrived in the beautiful town of Rishikesh, the gentle flow of the Ganges and the scent of the Himalayan air will welcome you. We will help you settle into a peaceful wellness retreat situated near the river and surrounded by nature. After a refreshing herbal drink and check-in, take the evening to slow down. Enjoy a light Ayurvedic meal after a peaceful Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan: A magical start to your inner journey.

Day 2: Yoga, River Walks & Ayurvedic Consultations

Your day starts with sunrise yoga overlooking the river: a perfect combination of movement and mindfulness. After a nutritious satvic breakfast, meet an Ayurvedic doctor for a personalized wellness consultation. Spend your afternoon walking along the banks of the Ganges or meditating under a tree with nothing but birdsong for company. In the evening, relax with a gentle yoga nidra session that helps you sleep like never before.

Day 3: Temple Energy & Nature Therapy in Neelkanth

This day is totally about fresh energy and rejuvenating mountain air. After your morning yoga and breakfast, we will go to the Neelkanth Mahadev Temple! It is situated in the hills outside Rishikesh. The journey itself is healing: Lush forests. Winding roads. Peace all around. Take yourself to the temple's sacred atmosphere. Enjoy a forest picnic. Dip your feet in a nearby stream. Return by sunset for a soulful sound healing session back at the retreat.

Day 4: Ganga Rafting & Spa Bliss

Start the morning with something exciting and gentle: white-water rafting on the Ganges. It's safe and surprisingly meditative. Back on land, treat yourself to an Ayurvedic massage or Shirodhara therapy to relax every muscle. As the twilight approaches, you will be joining a group satsang or kirtan session and feel your heart open in ways you didn't anticipate.

Day 5: Vashishta Cave Meditation & Himalayan Vistas

This day is really exciting! Why? Because we will be going to explore Vashishta Cave! A powerful spot where sages once meditated. Sit in silence within the cave. Breathe deeply. Feel completely connected to the Earth and your own breath. On the way back, stop at Hilltop Caffe for some good food and stunning views of the Himalayan foothills. Evening brings gentle yin yoga followed by a gratitude journaling circle under the stars.

Day 6: Closing Circle & Departure – Return with Lightness

Your final morning starts with one last sunrise yoga session. It will be followed by: Closing circle with blessings. Herbal tea. Heartfelt reflections. You'll carry back more than just souvenirs: you will return with clarity and renewed love for life. After breakfast, we will help you with departure plans as you bid goodbye to the gentle magic of Rishikesh.
